Procès-verbal de la session de travail du Comité Exécutif de l’OPDEB
L’an deux mille dix-huit et le Mardi vingt-cinq Décembre à 4 heures 30 de l’après-midi; An 215ème de l’Indépendance. 
Conformément aux règlements statutaires de l’Organisation Professionnelle pour le Développement de Bainet, avec un total de 5 membres présents, le Comité Exécutif a eu une session de travail au cours de laquelle, les points suivants ont été débattus: 
1- Contribution des membres:
En vue d’avoir des fonds disponibles devant faciliter l’exécution des projets de l’OPDEB, il est décidé que chaque membre doit verser trimestriellement une contribution de l’ordre de $25.00 US Dollards.
2- Rapport financier:
Dans le cadre d’une gestion saine des fonds de l’OPDEB, le trésorier, avec l’aide du Président, doit préparer le rapport financier qui va être soumis à l’appréciation du Comité Exécutif. 
3- Recrutement des employés;
En vue de faire fonctionner le Centre de Formations Professionnelles de Bainet, trois employés dont une Secrétaire et deux Professeurs ont été embauchés. Il est à noter que les prévisions salariales résultant de cette décision s’élèvent à CENT QUARANTE TROIS MILLE (GDES143, 000.00) GOURDES. 
4- Présentation de la candidature de nouveaux membres:
a) Dieune Dénéjour
b) Mario Louis
c) Salva Prudent
d) Simony Nadine
5- Section Informatique: 
Le début des activités au niveau de la section informatique exige des dépenses de l’ordre de CENT TRENTE SEPT MILLE CINQ CENTS (GDES 137, 500.00) GOURDES pour l’achat de trois ordinateurs, d’un bureau, d’un fauteuil exécutif, d’un classeur métallique.
6- Le Concert Annuel de l’OPDEB aura lieu le 27 Juillet 2019 à FIU North.

7- Le solde du compte bancaire de l’OPDEB :

Il a été constaté que le solde du compte bancaire de l’OPDEB accuse un montant avoisinant de zéro.

NB. : Pour le reste de l’année académique, les dépenses prévisionnelles s’élèvent à :
Dépenses salariales (3) + Dépenses pour la section informatique (5) = 251, 000.00 Gdes +  250, 500.00 Gdes =  501, 500.00 Gdes
Après avoir constaté que tous les points à l’ordre du jour ont été épuisés, le Président du Comité Exécutif a mis fin à ladite session de travail.
De tout quoi, avons dressé et clos le présent procès-verbal le jour, an que dessus et jusqu’à l’heure de l’évacuation complète.

Minutes of the work session of the executive committee of the OPDEB
The year two thousand eighteen and Tuesday twenty-five December at 4 Hours 30 Minutes of the afternoon; Year 215th of independence.
In accordance with the statutory regulations of the professional organization for the development of Bainet, with a total of 5 members present, the executive committee had a working session in which, the following points were discussed:
1-Members contribution:
In order to have funds available to facilitate the execution of the projects of the OPDEB, it is decided that each member must pay quarterly a contribution of the order of $ 25.00 us dollars.
2-Financial report:
As part of a healthy management of the funds of the OPDEB, the treasurer, with the help of the president, must prepare the financial report that will be submitted to the appreciation of the executive committee.
3-Employee recruitment;
In order to operate the Professional Training Center of Bainet, three employees including a secretary and two teachers have been hired. It is to be noted that the salary forecasts resulting from this decision rise to a hundred thousand thousand (Gdes143, 000.00) 
4-presentation of the application of new members:

5-Computer section:
The beginning of the activities at the level of the computer section requires expenses of the order of hundred thirty seven thousand five hundred (Gdes 137, 500.00) for the purchase of three computers, an office, an executive chair, Four A Metallic Notebook.
6-The annual concert of the OPDEB will take place on July 27, 2019 at FIU North.

7-The balance of the bank account of the OPDEB:

It has been found that the balance of the bank account of the OPDEB accuses an amount of zero.

NB. : For the rest of the academic year, the forecast expenses are rising to:
Salary expenses + expenditure for the computer section = 251, 000.00 Gdes + Gdes 250, 500.00 = 501, 500.00 Gdes
After finding that all points on the agenda have been sold out, the president of the executive committee has ended the working session.
